Excellent experience from start to finish. Reception staff were excellent. Erica helped us with paperwork needed for Singapore. Dining was superb. Yosep, the restaurant manager, was just so great. He gave us a guided tour of his restaurant and explained the dishes. All staff were very attentative and eager. It looked a great place to work and all seemed happy to be there. Even the security man at the front ordered us cabs with a smile. My wife and I cannot wait to return to this wonderful hotel. Great hotel experience.

The 3rd floor is for cardio, 1st and 2nd for machines/free weights. - There is a minimart and spa right in front of the hotel - Staff was really nice. - Swimming pool. It has a kids pool and adult pool. (it's small but if you aren't picky you'll probably still like it) - Sauna was alright.

Service was EXCELLENT, staff were warm, friendly and SUPER helpful. Location is not far from the ferry terminal Batam, a couple of eateries and a coffee place, and opposite a seafood restaurant. Breakfast was a decent spread, good value for money
